Rule 110
Standing Committee
(1) A Standing Committee consisting of Chief Justice Chairman and four senior most judges of the court to advise the full meeting on granting the title of Senior Advocate to an advocate in accordance with the Nepal Law Practitioners Council Act, 2050 and to make an immediate decision or determine an urgent policy on matters related to the administration of justice. will remain.
(2) The member-secretary of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be the chief registrar.
(3) The meeting of the committee as per sub-rule (1) shall be held on the date, time and place to discuss the matters determined by the Chief Justice.
